Arbitration: If informal negotiations fail, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Montgomery County, Maryland, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. We will pay all arbitration fees. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any legal proceeding is necessary and arbitration is not applicable, such proceeding will take place in Montgomery County, Maryland.

LIMITATION PERIOD

You must bring any cause of action against us within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action shall be forever barred.

SEVERABILITY
